MODERNIZATION OF THE UNIT FOR THERMAL VACUUM EXTRUSION OF AGRICULTURAL RAW MATERIALS

Abstract

The urgency of upgrading the unit for thermal vacuum treatment of agricultural raw materials is due to the thermodynamically burdensome energy conversion conditions in the classical thermoplastic extrusion process. A comparison of the proposed thermal vacuum unit with the currently known equipment allows us to conclude that its use will significantly increase the operating pressure of the extrusion process, as well as simplify the vacuum system of the machine while increasing its reliability.
